We are the Gonsalves Music School, a home-based teaching school for music.
No matter how busy your schedule and how great your desire to insinuate into music maybe, we always try to fit our students into appropriate times to the satisfaction of our students. Not only that, but our classes are affordable.
We offer classes in violin, piano and theory from whatever level you are in, from whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an expert trying to brush up your skills. So whatever your level, we've got you covered.
If you are a beginner, we provide you with the rudimentary foundation teaching in music. Initially, we assess your level of music knowledge, both practical and theory inorder to ascertain on which level you should start your music journey.
Our classes are set at fixed hours chosen by you within a range. So, we accomodate based on your needs. Our availability of several rooms to teach students facilitates this aspect.
Our costs are cheap & affordable as we understand that many may have the dream to learn music but may lack sufficient funds. We offer various discounts and freebies as well.
We help prepare students for concerts plus exams as well. The exams are hosted by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London and Trinity College, London.
We ensure that our students are well prepared for these exams, whichever they chose, so that they are able to score well.
We provide freebies and perks to our students who sign up such as free opportunities to play for concerts hosted by large associations in foreign countries, free music time to practice our instruments, free extra classes for needy students as well as discounts to those who cannot afford but show earnest desire to embark upon a musical career.
We ensure that our students are well prepared for these concerts. We are with you every step of the way!
We currently operate only in Malaysia, within the Ipoh, Perak area.
If opportunities and time permits, we may endeavour to establish new operations within other districts and states in Malaysia.
All of our teachers either have years and decades of work experience or are certified by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London, or both.

A blessing. That's the shortest way to summarise this school to me. Nothing but a blessing. I've made a lot of progress over the years, played for various concerts and answered various grades of exams by the Trinity College. The teachers were there to help me out every step of the way.
